Sara Jacobs is a Research Public Health Analyst in the Social and Health Organizational Research and Evaluation Program at RTI. She received her PhD in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, focusing on implementation science and organizational studies. Her research includes analysis of both the individual characteristics and organizational factors that predict innovation implementation in a variety of healthcare settings. Although most of her work is applied, she has also helped develop and psychometrically test measures to assess organizational readiness for change and implementation climate.
